About
How I got here, and how I work.
I've spent years working inside nonprofits, small businesses, and research labs. No matter the mission, I saw the same struggles: ad-hoc invoicing, rushed grant deadlines, cobbled-together hiring, overwhelming board processes, and missing documentation.
My first career was in microbial ecology and bioinformatics, studying how organisms adapt in relationship to each other. That’s the same instinct I bring to nonprofit work: come in, help the pieces work together, and let the actual mission-driven programs shine instead of getting stuck.

I lead alongside a team, not in front of it. I start with where you are, not a fixed idea of where you should be, and I leave you with systems and documentation you can run without me.

I picked la cabrita, the little goat, for the name: strength, tenacity, groundedness, and a goofy streak that keeps some joy alongside the work.
